The overall structure of the Evangelical Mission in Solidarity (EMS) consists of the Synod (annual general meeting), Mission Council (board) and Working Committee (executive). The instructions of these bodies are implemented in the EMS secretariat by the General Secretary’s office and the three departments of Mission and Partnership, Communication and Administration, under the guidance of the management board.
